Northward Systems Type Kii THREE Speaker Stand
Designed specifically the Kii THREE loudspeakers, for use in free standing near-field, the Speaker Stand Type Kii THREE uses a custom high pressure pre-constrained decoupling system based on SylomerⓇ and neoprene constrained layer damping (CLD) interfaces between all steel plates.
Thanks to years spent on R&D, engineering, prototyping and testing, their design prevents any rocking modes while still achieving a very low natural frequency.
To allow for speakers as light as 15kg to be used, pre-loading of the decoupling system is necessary. Here it is achieved within the decouplers themselves thanks to a pre-constraint push-pull system and by using heavy steel plates as dummy loads.
With a decoupling system achieving a natural frequency as low as 10Hz at 25kg load, these stands are simply unique on the market.
Height is infinitely adjustable between 800mm and 1150mm thanks to a piston actuated system allowing smooth adjustments. Graduations allow easy recall of various heights settings.
The stands come equipped with a set of leveling spikes, easily accessed from the top of the base plates with an Allen key.
